We require a £100 deposit for continuous work or day sessions.
We require a £40 for one off pieces.
Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
We require a minimum of 48 hours to re-arrange your appointment in order to avoid losing your deposit. More than one re-scheduling will require a new deposit. The decision to not lose your deposit is down to the artists discretion.
This deposit is valid for the design discussed and details of said design are noted on the consultation form. If you wish to change your design idea before the artist has started the design, then the deposit will carry over. However, if the design has been started you will be required to place a new deposit. Any minor alterations to your design after its been started and/or finished , is down to the artists discretion whether a new deposit is required or not.
If you fail to attend your appointment without having contacted the studio to cancel, your deposit will be lost automatically. If there are several appointments booked and we hear nothing from you 72 hours after the missed appointment, all future appointments will be cancelled.
Your deposit will come off the cost of the tattoo on the final session.
We can not accept Vouchers as a deposit.
Repeat No-Shows/Cancellations may be required to pay for future bookings up front in full.
The artist will be given a rough design deadline for when to have your design finished. This deadline can vary based on how soon your appointment is and what backlog of designs the artist currently has. We will confirm with you via phone that the design is complete.
